What data we process and why

We process the data you provide through the contact form (name, company, email and your message) for the sole purpose of handling your enquiry and, where appropriate, preparing a proposal.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Retention and sharing

We keep your data for as long as necessary to assist you and comply with the law. We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law. To provide the service, we use providers that process data on our behalf: Web3Forms (contact form delivery), hCaptcha (spam protection) and Cloudflare (hosting and site security). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, it is under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info.opex@opexxai.info. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
